We offer in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, social skills groups, parent training, center-based services and school-based services in Massachusetts.
About the Position
The ABA Instructor will work 1:1 with a child on the autism spectrum or with a related diagnosis under the close supervision and guidance of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). We are looking for punctual and reliable people who are creative, animated, and can make learning fun while sticking to the procedures. Sessions are typically held at the client's home during after-school, evening, and/or weekend hours 2-6 days per week..

- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Candidates need to be available during after-school hours 1-5 days per week.
- ABA Instructors will be working in a client's home, so access to reliable transportation is essential in most cases.
- At least 2 references must be Supervisors
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
