PART TIME ABA INSTRUCTOR

Advances Learning Center (www.advancesonline.com) is committed to serving children and young adults with a variety of diagnoses by teaching them appropriate and functional alternative behaviors, increasing their confidence and social agility, and providing an accepting environment that fosters independence. We offer in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, social skills groups, parent training, center-based services and school-based services in Massachusetts.
About the Position
The ABA Instructor will work 1:1 with a child on the autism spectrum or with a related diagnosis under the close supervision and guidance of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). We are looking for punctual and reliable people who are creative, animated, and can make learning fun while sticking to the procedures. Sessions are typically held at the client's home during after-school, evening, and/or weekend hours 2-6 days per week..

Candidates need to be available during after-school hours 1-5 days per week.
ABA Instructors will be working in a client's home, so access to reliable transportation is essential in most cases.
At least 2 references must be Supervisors
At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Bachelor degree preferred
Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
