The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Infant Toddler Program is currently seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) who are interested in contractor positions. Current contracting opportunities are available throughout the Treasure Valley.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop Individualized Family and Child Outcomes - Deliver routine-based interventions in natural environments - Practice a coaching model based on family-centered practices - Provide evaluations and/or assessments - Coordinate, communicate and link families with community partners and resources
Each child and family in the program is served by a primary coach who receives coaching and support from the other team members. This team consists of a SLP, OT, PT, service coordinator, early childhood special educator, clinician, and vision and hearing specialist. The family and the team select the primary coach based upon the family's desired outcomes and the coach's knowledge. Ongoing support to the primary coach is provided through regular team meetings and all team members are available for joint visits with the family and primary coach as needed.
These positions require a current State of Idaho Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
