The Director of Nursing will oversee the medical services for Latham Centers, including Children’s and Adult Services. Provide leadership, management and ongoing supervision to organization’s nursing staff. Ensure best nursing/medical practice. Ensure medical needs of program participants are met and recommendations are communicated and followed up on. Ensure complete and accurate documentation in medical records. Massachusetts Registered Nurse and relevant experience required. Psychiatric or special needs experience preferred. 3-5 years management experience required. Current MA driver’s license required. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, empathy and the ability to listen, good time management skills and professional appearance and demeanor are all required for this position. Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours with on call coordinating responsibilities.
