After School Program Site Supervisor




Full-time, benefits-eligible: 40 hours per week, 6:45-8:45 AM and 12-6 PM.

Salary Range: $42,000 - $48,500 for this full-time, 10-month, school-year position. Rate of pay commensurate with experience/education.



Position Summary:

Responsible for the daily operation of one before school (Early Risers) and after school (ASAP) site. Duties include, but are not limited to: orientation, training, supervision, and evaluation of program personnel; overall program design; communication with families and school personnel; and enforcement of policies and procedures regarding safety and quality.


Desired Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.

Five years or more of experience working with youth in an organized setting

One year of administrative experience or at least six credits in management, administration, or staff supervision.

Ability to lead large groups, communicate effectively with families and school personnel, supervise staff, and respond proactively to a variety of challenges.

Be CPR/First Aid certified within the first 3 months of employment and keep current throughout employment.
