A successful candidate for the Superintendent position will have extensive knowledge of the education system from the classroom through the central office. Exceptional communication and organizational skills with an approachable personality are imperative for our next leader. A candidate with educational management including both curriculum and budgetary is highly sought after.

    Job Requirements

    • Certified as Superintendent of Schools in Massachusetts; minimum of Masters Degree. PhD strongly preferred.
      Minimum of 10 years teaching and/or administrative experience.
      Strong preference for candidates with superintendent level experience.
      Demonstrated success in school administration including instructional leadership, supervision and evaluations, and data driven decision making.
    • At least 10 years of relevant experience preferred
    • Doctorate degree preferred
    • Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
