Syracuse Academy of Science and Citizenship Charter School has an immediate need for a Long Term Substitute Special Education Teacher at our Elementary school. Certification in Special Education or Students with Disabilities required.
We would like you to:
Follow the lesson plan provided by the classroom teacher
Maintain appropriate records such as attendance and grades as directed by the classroom teacher
Establish and maintain order in the classroom
Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning
Take all reasonable precautions to protect the safety and security of students, materials, equipment and facilities
Assist in upholding and enforcing school rules and administrative regulations
