Burlington Technical Center is seeking a long term substitute with experience in criminal justice, law enforcement or related field and experience working with adolescents. The program serves students in grades 11 and 12 from the Chittenden County region. This position is for an indeterminage amount of time.
The following qualifications are preferred:
Experience in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or a related field
Training and experience with English Language Learners.
Evidence of strong connection with students and families.
Knowledge of assessments and use of data to inform instruction.
Experience in implementing inclusive practices for students with disabilities.
Strong communication skills as evidenced through quality of resume, cover letter, and essays.
SALARY: As per the Master Agreement between the Burlington Board of School Commissioners and the Burlington Education Association.
