Dallas School District No. 2 is accepting applications for a full-time, benefited Media Technician to work with students at LaCreole Middle School. Salary typically starts at the lower end of the schedule.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Must be over the age of 18 and have a high school diploma/GED. In addition, an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience working with children.

 

Successful experience in working with children. Must be resourceful and positive and have the ability to work as a team member. Professionally represents the school and the district in interactions with staff, students, parents and the community.

 

Must be flexible, self-motivated, and self-monitoring.

 

Familiarity and strong comfort level using current technology and makerspace concepts. Experience directing learning activities and guiding students through makerspace activities. Passion for devising and using innovative learning strategies. Creativity minded with the ability to think outside the box.
