>Work with advisory committee (Midd Summer and Hannaford Career Center Agriculture Academy) to develop, improve, and revise all farm activities.
>Coordinate bussing of campers to farm with Midd Summer Director and HCC Staff Drivers.
>Work with Student Intern from HCC to develop schedule and share responsibilities.
>Assist students in developing a sense of personal, social and environmental responsibilities as they relate to the farm, the animals, and the food system.
>Willingness to learn the food system and how individual components of soil, plant, animal and people interact to make a system sustainable.
>Operate and maintain equipment including tractor, mower, hand tools and electric fencing.
>Humanely care for animals with daily chores, watering and feeding.
>Weed, water, plant, and till vegetable gardens.
>Coordinate with Midd Summer Camp for July and the Student Intern during rest of season.
>Manage schedule and submit time sheets for Student Intern at school office.
Hourly rate based on education, experience and the negotiated contract.
10 hrs. per week from May 1 to June 15 and the period of September 1 to November 1. From June 15 to September 1 not to exceed 30 hours per week.

>Effectively communicate with campers (5th - 7th grade) and HCC high school students.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Associate degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
