Job Description

CBS Therapy is currently hiring BCBA’s for home, school and clinic based ABA services.

The BCBA candidate will be proficient in:

• Providing efficient and effective treatment to individuals with various diagnosis from the ages of 3-21.
• Experience in conducting and interpreting results from assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments, VB-Mapp).
• Experience in creating Behavior Support Plans, Treatment plans, as well as skill acquisition programs utilizing DTT as the teaching methodology.
• Training and Supervision of Behavior Therapists in the implementation of Behavior Support Plans, Skill Acquisition programs as well as data collection to ensure procedural integrity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Effectively communicates with other team members or service providers.
• Continual monitoring of the clients progress and modifies current treatment/procedures.
• Ability to communicate knowledge in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to both professionals and non-professionals.

Requirements:

• Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certified through the BACB
• Licensed in Behavior Analysis through the state of Rhode Island.
• One year of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Experience in public school or Home/Clinic setting preferred.
