WASHINGTON CENTRAL SUPERVISORY UNION TEMPORARY TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT POSITION
WCSU is seeking a temporary Technical Support Assistant effective immediately to provide technical and clerical support for the WCSU Technology Team. Responsibilities may include:
Answering phones; entering trouble tickets in ticket tracking system, using ticketing system for trouble ticket tracking and ordering requests; basic troubleshooting to include resetting passwords in Google, Active Directory, Infinite Campus, and various other systems; process and manage device inventory in databases such as Destiny, MS Access, and Google Sheets; department district-wide purchase order creation and track ordering within budget for monthly review; track repairs and correspondence around fees to repairs; help troubleshoot basic software questions with Google Apps for Education, Windows, Chromebooks, and various other mobile devices.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, is personable, and has excellent communications and documentation skills. This position is a full-time, temporary position.
