Spurwink is seeking a dynamic, collaborative and highly motivated school-based clinician to join our partnership with two York County Elementary Schools. This will be a 4-5 days per week, fee for service position split between Hollis Elementary and HB Emery Jr Elementary in Limington. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide individual and family therapy within a school setting, with ample opportunities for regular face-to-face collaboration with teachers and other school personnel. Spurwink provides internal continuing education and training opportunities as well as individual and group clinical supervision. In addition, we offer a generous external training allowance, expense money for therapy supplies, license reimbursement, company laptop and cell phone.
Duties of the position include conducting psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual and family therapy. Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills are essential, as is flexibility to travel to homes to meet with families as needed.
Further responsibilities include clinical documentation and electronic record keeping.
All applicants must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling, and Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC, LMFT).
