Job Description

School Psychologists support students' ability to learn and Teachers' ability to teach. You will partner with students, families, Teachers, Principals and other staff to strengthen student connections between school and home.

This position will begin with the 2020-21 school year. Salary range for 2019-20 is $49,052-66,450, depending on applicable experience, and includes 195 contract days and a stipend for Master's Degree.

This is one of four School Psychologist positions in the District, providing services to students at all grade levels. Each Psychologist must provide their own reliable transportation; mileage between schools is reimbursed.

The District pays the full premium for employee health benefits, and provides a $50,000 life insurance policy; coverage for dependents is available through monthly payroll contribution.

    Job Requirements

    • Possession of, or ability to obtain, Idaho Pupil Service Staff Credential with endorsement as a School Psychologist. Details on Certification requirements can be found through the Idaho State Department of Education office of Certification & Professional Standards website.
