SUGAR-SALEM SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 322 Announcement of Vacancy Sugar-Salem School District has the following vacancy for the 2020-21 School Year Nursing Provider Purpose of position: • Assist Special Education staff help in the assessment, planning, writing, and supervision of medically-based intervention plans. Qualifications: • Current registered nursing license • Experience in performing listed and related duties Duties: • Contractual basis to complete the following: o Conduct the initial PCS assessment; hourly allocation documentation; PCS plan as needed o Conduct annual assessment as needed o Supervise service provider on a quarterly basis o Attend IEP meetings where plan of care is finalized and then implemented Hours: • On-call/Various per Trimester Compensation: • Based on reimbursable rates, experience, in district service years Open until filled Any questions concerning these positions, please contact Bryon Kennedy, Special Services Director, at Applicants use the “classified application” found at Applications are also available at the District Office: 105 West Center P.O.
