Job Description

The primary function of this employee is to provide assistance to special education students, and English-Learning students, enrolled in career-technical programs of study at the COSSA Regional Technology and Education Center (CRTEC).

    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college or other advanced education or training is preferred; and classroom or other instructional experience is preferred; and experience with special needs children is preferred; and experience with English-Learning students is preferred; and Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, or any equivalent combination of experience and training providing knowledge and abilities to preform work.

      Ability to demonstrate basic competency in Reading, Math and Writing by successfully passing the Parapro assessment
    • No experience required
    • High School/Trade School degree preferred
    • Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
